We come to your home and draw up a rough draft of what YOU want. The first consultation is completely FREE to you but necessary to set up your home renovation for success.

Engineering and Construction Drawings
This is where we take your preliminary drawings (if required) and start to put your plan on paper.

Bidding Process
After we know exactly what we’re looking at and we’ve established a budget, we go to material vendors and bid out your renovation project to get the best price with the best quality in mind.

Construction Process
This is where we get to see all the hard work come to life. Now that we have the best materials, full scale plans, and the timeline to completion, this is the final step before your dream becomes a reality.
